Joy Beyond Sorrow
So many tears on that day
sorrow from every corner of the room
they whispered and held her breath
sadness looked on their faces
I didn't know
why did they grieve?
whether because of us?
or because of him?
If it is for us,
really not necessary
because we were very proud
and happy to let him go
If it is for him,
it also not need
Did he already win?
The fight of his life?
This is the day
where tears were replaced
the joy that comes from above
It is God Himself who comforts us
At the other side
there is only one thing
that we all just
... missing him

Same Old Dream
One day I had a dream
dream which is always the same
as it has been before
I have dreamt of
Didn't remember when
the first time I had this dream
I also forgot
the second and third
But I never get bored
I still enjoy it over and over
even if I can
tomorrow I want to dream it again
Same old dream
my beautiful dream
I dreamt...
Daddy held my hand
One day ago...
now...
tomorrow...
and forever

I Hope I Didn't
I ever hurt you
not just once or twice
but uncountable
I ever lied to you
not justifiable reasons
but only because of my ego and naughty
I ever not obey you
not unrealized
but deliberate
Again and again ...
Dad ...
Did I disappoint you?
I hope I didn't
Dad ...
... forgive me

God Will Need Them Back One Day
This is so true.
When God called my father back,
it was because He loved my father.
But what about me?
Has my love for dad been enough ?

Genie in a Bottle
A woman was out walking through a wood one day when she found a genie in a bottle.
The genie said to her, "If you release me from this trap, I will grant you three wishes."
The woman freed the genie, and the genie said, "Thank you, but I failed to mention that there was a condition to your wishes. Whatever you wish for, your husband will get times ten."
The woman said, "That's okay." and for her first wish, she wanted to be the most charming woman in the world. The genie warned her, "You do realize that this wish will also make your husband the most charming man in the world, an Adonis whom women will flock to."
The woman replied, "That's okay, because I will be the most beautiful woman and he will have eyes only for me." So, KAZAM! She's the most beautiful woman in the world. For her second wish, she wanted to be the richest woman in the world. The genie said, "That will make your husband the richest man in the world and he will be ten times richer than you." The woman said, "That's okay, because what's mine is his and what's his is mine." So, KAZAM! She's the richest woman in the world.
The genie then inquired about her third wish, and she answered, "I'd like a mild heart attack."

Wind blown
Here and there
Direction is not certainty
Sometimes fly high
not rarely fall
Right and left
East and West
North and South
Who knows?
Even the players
try so hard
but the wind determine
and without wind
it's only a piece of paper
Kites are pictures of my feelings
When I have you
When I'm losing you

I was there because of love
Your and her love

A Pair of Worn Ugly Shoes
hahaha
Abu is a famous person who is very stingy in his city.He will not replace the goods if not severely damaged and dirty. One is his pair of old shoes with many holes here and there, dirty and very stink.Abu patched his damaged shoes with nails and fabric remnants.
His friend quipped about his shoes "Your shoes are very stink and ugly, Abu. Should I need to buy you a new pair?"Instead offended, Abu so glad that he doesn't need to spend money to buy new shoes.
hahahaha *lol* Finally....
When I was a little girl, this is one of my favorite fairy tale.
My father always told it before I slept.
He always succeed to make me laugh out loud and fall asleep happily.
Bring me tales and dreams that I will never forget.
This story tells about a man named Abu.
Abu is a famous person who is very stingy in his city.He will not replace the goods if not severely damaged and dirty. One is his pair of old shoes with many holes here and there, dirty and very stink.Abu patched his damaged shoes with nails and fabric remnants.
One time....
His friend quipped about his shoes "Your shoes are very stink and ugly, Abu. Should I need to buy you a new pair?"Instead offended, Abu so glad that he doesn't need to spend money to buy new shoes.
When his friend passed, Abu realized there were a very classy and splendid pair of shoes near him.He thought that was his friend's gift. Then he was wearing and bring home those shoes.
Shortly thereafter, the guards came and captured Abu, "You have stolen Regent's shoes and replace with worn shoes and ugly."
Abu fined 100 dinars and must return the gorgeous shoes to the Regent.
Abu took his ugly shoes, "These shoes make me unlucky", he said. But he was feel very sorry and he hang his ugly shoes at the edge of the port city, in hopes that one day he can still take it.
Unfortunately, his ugly shoes were caught by the nets of poor fishermen and tear it.
Abu re-arrested by the guards and fined."These shoes are really - really made me pesky, I had to throw it in a place that other people don't pass" Abu muttered. Abu threw the ugly shoes on his roof tile house, but there is a cat which disturbed by the smell shoes and dropped. Again at that time someone passed by and the ugly shoes fall right on his head. The man was injured due to the many nails in the ugly shoes. The man complained to the Regent.
Abu re-arrested again and fined.Abu was very upset, "I should get rid of these shoes, bad luck for me".
Then Abu buried his ugly shoes at the beach. But the tide came in swept of sand beach. The shoes has up and make a child stumble.
For the umpteenth time, Abu arrested and fined again.
This time, Abu had thrown his worn shoes into the trash forever.Abu also promised to the Regent that he would buy new shoes and not being stingy anymore.
hahahaha *lol* Finally....

Bible Verses for Fathers
All in English [Amplified]
Malachi 4:6
And he shall turn and reconcile the hearts of the [estranged] fathers to the [ungodly] children, and the hearts of the [rebellious] children to [the piety of] their fathers [a reconciliation produced by repentance of the ungodly], lest I come and smite the land with a curse and a ban of utter destruction.
Psalm 103:13
As a father loves and pities his children, so the Lord loves and pities those who fear Him [with reverence, worship, and awe].
Proverbs 3:11
My son, do not despise or shrink from the chastening of the Lord [His correction by punishment or by subjection to suffering or trial]; neither be weary of or impatient about or loathe or abhor His reproof.
Proverbs 3:12
For whom the Lord loves He corrects, even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights.
Proverbs 23:22
Hearken to your father, who begot you, and despise not your mother when she is old.
Proverbs 23:24
The father of the [uncompromisingly] righteous (the upright, in right standing with God) shall greatly rejoice, and he who becomes the father of a wise child shall have joy in him.
Ephesians 6:4
Fathers, do not irritate and provoke your children to anger [do not exasperate them to resentment], but rear them [tenderly] in the training and discipline and the counsel and admonition of the Lord.
Colossians 3:21
Fathers, do not provoke or irritate or fret your children [do not be hard on them or harass them], lest they become discouraged and sullen and morose and feel inferior and frustrated. [Do not break their spirit.]
Hebrews 12:7
You must submit to and endure [correction] for discipline; God is dealing with you as with sons. For what son is there whom his father does not [thus] train and correct and discipline?

I am 100%
This is me... *blink*
Hair as black as a pile of dad's hair
and just as the hair loss *erm...*
My oval face just like dad
with wide forehead,
folds of eyelids,
as well as eyebrows and eyelashes,
but sadly my eyesight is not as clear as dad,
'cause mine is minus
while dad's is normal and very good *awesome!!*
My nose is not as sharp as dad's nose
My teeth are big and yellow like dad *yaiks*
and I have dad's smile and mom's smile *heheee*
My IQ and intelligence surely came from dad
and my brain must be as big as his brain
because my head show it *lol*
My shoulder just wide as like dad
and my height almost tall like dad
My skin is as white as dad's skin
and equally hairy bushy *gosh!!*
... even though I'm a lady *sigh*
Blood flow and the genetic in me
of course came from dad plus mom
Overall people can say "I'm like Dad"
that's me 100% *proud =)*

Daddy's Car
I played
with my friends
We lost track of time
and everything
No one can disturb us
and our game
We laugh and fun,
happy and frolic
Until I heared...
something recognized and familiar
Which I look forward to
I've missed it
Still pretty far,
not even appear
I've got up and stood,
pursuit toward
I really know for sure...
it was my dad's car
Which I've been waiting for
...My father came home

But if you trust Me

So is My way for your dad

Lullaby Won't Die
I sang for you my lullaby
and rocking you to sleep
Close your eyes and dreaming
How wonderful your life will be
Save your questions for another day
I know what you've been asking me
and I know what I've been trying to answer
Still so many things I want to say
You should always know
Wherever you may go
and no matter where you are
I never will be far away
When your child crying
I want you to sing this lullaby
My grandchildren always deep inside this ancient heart
You and they always be a part of me
Someday we'll all be gone
But my lullaby go on and on...
They will never die
That's how you and I will be
Goodnight, my angel
Now it's time to sleep
Remember all the lullabies
that I sang for you

Sweet Home
No matter where you are
There's always a sweet home for you
Some homes are in the world
Saving millions of memories
The first home humming
You fondle me and lull
The second home narrate
You support and trust me achieve my dreams
The third home told
You taught me to be mature and responsible
and the last
is a heavenly home
The place where you rest forever,
in peace and serene
I love all those homes
because you always had ever been there, Daddy...

There was something odd about this year
From the beginning I have felt
Great person has gone this year
Relatives and friends as well
There are always rumors
Whether true or not
There is something in this
Many people say
There are births
and we rejoice in them
There are goes
and we still rejoice
2012 will enter the second quarter
and you shall also preparing
Entered a new phase in your life
where beloved Jesus has been waiting for
The rest of the year is still long enough
There are some months that must be passed
and will be felt longer
Because we will miss you and beloved Jesus too

If Life Is So Short
It's like a chance for soul to grow
It's like read a story
It's like a candle in the wind
It's like came and visit on Earth
Life is too short
to be little and miserable
to be vengeful or malicious
to be living somebody else's dream
and too short for not
to enjoy it while you are here
to make a change and take a chance
to make the best
If life is so short
Don't waste time for worrying
Dont fear tomorrow
Don't regret the past
Live every day as if it were your last
When life locks you and the door,
simply go out the window,
life don't owe you nothing
There are no mistakes in life,
only lessons
If you are not happy with something,
then change it!
Just living is not enough,
you only live once,
but if you work it right,
once is enough

God Answered By His Manner
My phone rang
when I finished breakfast
I'm sure that my mother
but not sure what she would say
I pick up the phone
I heard my mother
Far away be there
Her voice trembled and tears
My world seemed fall apart
My body limp
My stomach queasy
and my eyes glazed
My heart was sore
Very deep pain inside
My soul seemed lost
and I felt my breath no longer
Only one prayer that we prayed
Together we beg and pleaded
God please save dad...
Whatever happens... please save!!
God listened my prayer
I know it
God never careless
and never do not care
God answered our prayers
We know it
By His manner way and grace answers
God saved my father

Astonishing Butterfly
That day I see a butterfly...
Alone and so calm
Brown wings, black textures
Big and lovely
That butterfly was true astonishing
alight not on flowers
but perch on a wooden coffin
where my father lay down like slept
Although that moment there are...
many fragant roses
lots of beautiful chrysants
and perfect orchids
Oh... butterfly...
Why do you stay?
Butterfly oh butterfly...
Why do you so loyal and faithful?
Considering your origin
Teach me how to be free as can be
Metamorphosed and modified
I see all the beauty in you
I peer into your wonderful eyes
and see that there's a life secret inside
Teach me to just let go
for he also transformed into eternal glory

Biked With Dad
I biked with dad
When morning came to replace the night
When dew drops on leaves
When the sun rises from the east
I biked with dad
Riding deep from our heart
Sweating and gasping
Bend staring street
I biked with dad
When flying bird perched on a tree
When flower grass swayed
When sun shines warm
I biked with dad
All became witnesses
Our trip and journey
Looking forward without giving up
We biked to Ireland,
then go to Netherland
Towards Iceland,
and into Dreamland

Chocolate
There are various of chocolate
Sweet and dairy
Bitter and dark
Filled toppings and toppings on top
My father was very fond of chocolate
Chocolate muffins and donuts
Almond dark chocolate
Chocolate low fat milk
I am, his daughter is very adoring chocolate too
Chocolate fountain and fruits
Caramel pudding chocolate
Chocolate candy bars
Now his grandchildren are in love with chocolate
Frozen chocolate ice cream
Chocochips cookies
Strawberry chocolate tart
Sometimes we didn't get chocolate what we want
Good chocolate makes us feels scrumptious
Another often disappointing
Even so, the chocolate is still chocolate
It's like Mr. Forrest Gump's saying,
"Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."
and my father's saying,
"Whatever chocolate you get, we should be grateful for still got it."

Some people had good Dads
Some people had bad Dads
Some had no Dads at all
Some Dads worked hard
Some Dads just played
Some Dads did both but in a different way
Some Dads stayed with our moms and family
Some Dads didn't and went away
Some Dads we still saw, others just went away
Dads come in all shapes and sizes
Dads have different ages
Each dads do different jobs and hobbies
In one way or another
In good or bad

When God Created Dad
When God created Dad, He took...
The strength of a mountain
The majesty of a tree
The warmth of a summer sun
The calm of a quiet sea
The generous soul of nature
The comforting arm of night
The wisdom of the ages
The power of the eagle's flight
The joy of a morning in spring
The faith of a mustard seed
The patience of eternity
The depth of a family need
and the Love of Himself
So after He combined all,
then He called it...

Frogs and Pigeons Story
The night was...
My dad told a similar story which is one of his favorite
Usually my dad would tell this same story to the new guy
But that night...
My father told me
When we all family sat down, had dinner, and ate fried frogs
My father told me as if I was the new guy
or as if he had never told it before to me
My dad was very excited to tell the story
That many years ago...
He was with his Hong Kong friends
They went to Bali Island
I've memorized the story from begin to end
and I'm about to say,
"Well ... you've told this story dozens of times to me".
But my dad's happy face made me cancel it.
I felt that I should do is just shut up and listen.
Silence without cutting.
Listening to him not only in passing
My father then continue the story...
That in Bali they visited a restaurant.
At that time they were ordered pigeon menu
and after few hours waiting...
Instead of a waitress who came over, the dish did not come.
"I'm sorry sir, it has been a long wait, those pigeons are very hard, we didn't get them even just one", the waitress said.
My father and his friends chuckled of laughter to hear the waitress
"Do you want to replace with another menu?" asked the waiter confused and embarrassment
Finally...
My father and his friends decided to order frogs
And in a short time the waitress served them with a number of very many frogs
A big plate full, lots of frogs stacked
Until they can not afford to spend
Whenever my dad told this story...
He was always laughing, it was a funny and silly experience in his life.
A few days later...
My father died while driving his car in a traffic accident.
How lucky I was...
Because I was sitting still and listening to my father.
So I will always have his smile and his happy face
for the last time...
*PS:
In Indonesia, pigeons and frogs are common to eat

Father's Hands
We always miss his hands
Big and rough
Strong and sturdy
A pair of worker hands
Holding our hands
Guiding our steps
Gently touched our hearts
and wiped our tears
Playing guitar melodious
Exercising basketball and table tennis
Filling crosswords in newspaper
Teaching us English and math
Lift our high
once when we were a child

Father's Suitcase
My father had a suitcase
A place to store his valuables
We never know what's inside
Because we respect the privacy of my father
Besides, we also have to guess what would be the contents
Definitely my father's precious treasure such as certificates, land, bonds, birth, marriage, letters, etc.
After my father died
For the first time
Our whole family had to open dad's suitcase
We were thumping as it turns out the bag is much heavier than we thought
Should some certificate sheets was not as heavy as it
Slowly we put the suitcase
We have just seen that the suitcase has a code
So far, none of us were notified of our father's suitcase code
We've been worried about whether we will manage to open the suitcase while we do not know the code
On the upper side of suitcase there is a neat row of zeros
My eldest sister tried to open and found the suitcase was not locked
Apparently my dad was deliberately not put the code in it
"Unlocked!!" my sister exclaimed
Together we look to see the contents of the suitcase
And we all are have the same reaction
could not restrain emotion and tears
because it turns out the father suitcase contained of our photos
his wife's who is also our mother
his daughters who is my sisters and me
his son in law who is our husbands
and his grandchildrens
Oh ... Dad ... evidently we are your precious treasure
We were on top
More valuable than letters and certificates that are in the bottom of the stack
With our silly and ridiculous poses
We pictured with dad
We pictured as a whole family have lunch together
We pictured on vacation
We pictured with ducks and geese in the town park
Now, after our father died
when our family was not complete as before
Really felt that family is the most precious treasure
Whoever will not be able to replace
How much ever will not be able to afford
Whatever will not be able to measure the value
Howsoever will not be able to change the precious treasure,
family...

I feel weird so scared and I was crying
You shouted cheerful and comforted me
on the day I was born
I opened my eyes
and I was looking at you
You smiled so happy
on the day I learned to see
I moved my feet
I was trying to defend
You held me
on the day I learned to stand
I made little steps and has fallen
I was trying to get up
You lead me
on the day I learned to walk
Kid and childhood
Teenager and puberty
Youth and adult
You teach me right from wrong
Hard and soft
Anger and patience
Warning and advice
All for my goodness
Sometimes i feel tired of my life,
but you always support me
Sometimes i feel boring,
but you always cheer me up
Thank you Dad...
for giving me best experience
for 29 years in the world
and the rest in eternal life
Although it has finished,
my experience with you
will be eternally
and forever stay

Your Little Girl
Your little girl was walking outside
You were holding her hand,
smiling gentle at her,
calm her heart of crowded streets
You always know her favorite,
strawberry ice cream and red balloon
When her little feet looks tired,
you held her on your shoulder
Mathematics was yours all time
Previously she was not,
but you have successfully make she love it,
by your smart and pleasure way
She loves Mom's cookies
She witting let the cake crumbs falling,
because she likes you wipe her cheek
Your tender touch makes she comfy
You tell her stories,
few fairytale and some eternal legend
Her eyes never stops looking at you,
you bring magic to her
You also guide her to ride,
her four wheels pink bike
Once you let her go,
you trusted her that she can
Throughout the day has passed
You show her how to love,
how to live and how to laugh
Not even once you make her boring
Stars was hanging low on the night sky and the race began
Moon shows itself became a juror,
between you and her looked for the biggest one,
which you would name it by her name
You bring her lovely doll,
to accompany her sleep and dreams
You gave your best goodnight kiss,
on her eyelid and forehead
Then you teach her how to pray,
give thanks for today,
blessings for tomorrow,
forgiveness for yesterday
Years gone by...
Your little girl has grew up,
but she will never forget
that she is always and forever will be

Fantasy Week
First day Monday
Bright clouds hanging in the blue sky
Signs for gardening together
I'm picking mangoes and guavas
He is watering plants & my mom is cutting roses
Second day Tuesday
He is making wood puzzles
I'm playing & trying to resolve it
My mom is laughing at my confused face
While he is enjoying to show me the way
Third day Wednesday
We're looking and counting stars
Hundreds and so bright, very wonderful night
But there are the biggest three
I think they are his, mom's, and mine
Fourth day Thursday
I'm turning on the DVD karaoke
Mom's singing happily
and he is playing harmonic
What a beautiful everlasting songs
Fifth day Friday
Biking to near hills
Carrying fishing equipment
I'm fishing with him, although got none of big fish...
Don't worry, my mom has brought us the steamed one from home
Sixth day Saturday
Shopping to market
Buying peanuts, cassava & potato chips
Preparation for watching football on the afternoon
Bet on scores & ready for shout!!!
Seventh day Sunday
One big family are going to church,
with his grandkids, my niece & nephew
Hand in hand together,
praying & give thanks
What an excellent week plan
Lovely perfect days
for me and my big family
but unfortunately... it's only my fantasy week

Walked Away
I see everything
Remind me more about you
So many things
Have memories about you
You always beside me
when I stay
You always with me
when I walked away
Now suddenly you're disappear
Where are you?
I'm so fear
Can I find you?
Can't believe you're gone,
I lost you Dad...
Even the time has done
I still need you Dad...
It's like I'm dreaming
It seems not real
I don't know my feeling
I'm hurt and don't want to heal
Wake me up from all of these!
Help me and save me!
At the end I have to face this
The fact that for the first time you walked away without me

Thank You Father
In your prayer, you call my name
In your wishes, you remember me
In all things, my name is in your heart.
Unable to return your love, Dad...
Your affection for me
In all sacrifice, for my happiness
Thank you, Dad...
I wish I have more time
and more chance
'Cause I can do is just...
...say you again and again
"Thank you father"

Best Figure
Still looked in your eyes
Hundred stories of your fight
Thousand times passed
But you remain faithful
Gasping for breath
More and more heavy burden
Something shaking your ways
But your feet stay stand
Wrinkled cheek and forehead describes your fight
Muscles and sunburned describes your hard work
Pains and sweat describes your weary
But your spirit never faded
You have understood all ways
Black and red
Dark and bright
Sweet and sour
Father ..., you're longing desire to live simply
Teach me to give than to receive
Always give thanks in every way
Compassion and sincere
Life's harder
But you're more forgiving
Father..., above all...
You are my best figure

Your Dreams and Hopes
Remembering my childhood
You hug and spoiled me
The beautiful moment
Make me soar
You tell all your dreams and hopes
Keep me away from temptation
Don't want me to fall and trampled
Wishing all the best for me
God please help
Bless and lead me
Make me capable
and will not disappoint you
I love you
I will prove
I am able to
I will... and yes I do
If that moment could happen again
I miss the atmosphere
Your love and affection
Wash my soul
God please help
to convey million dear for you
I keep the promise
not betray your dreams and hopes

We Should Have Father's Day
I want a day
I want you to want a day
I want for we want a day
... a Father's Day
If there is no father,
there is no you
If there is only mother,
then are there you?
I want a day
I want you to want a day
I want for we want a day
... a Father's Day
Honoring fathers
Celebrating fatherhood
Male parenting and paternal bonds
The influence of fathers
I want a day
I want you to want a day
I want for we want a day
... a Father's Day
December 22nd is...
Mother's Day,
in Indonesia,
... but when is Father's Day?
I want a day
I want you to want a day
I want for we want a day
... a Father's Day
While parents consist of mother and father
Father's Day will complement Mother's Day

Happy Day
This is a beautiful day when I meet my Lord
With Jesus who became the lover of my heart
Despite many barriers ahead
Finally I finished & received my gift
Don't be sad!
Be happy for me!
His sacrifice has saved me
His love becomes my strength
Come on!
Let's dance and sing!
Today is a very happy day
for me... and i hope for you too

Time To Come Back Home
Far away...
I have a sweet lovely Home
There was only joy & peace
Loving & caring
No hurt
No pain
No abuse
No killings
Now after long live journey
The time has come
The time for me
To see what I left behind
It's not because I'm tired,
nor saturate
With you by my side,
never I felt those
It's only because
The time has come
The time for me
Time to come back Home

Please Tell
Pretty pretty birds...
Beautiful flowers...
Mild mild dew...
Flow flow river...
Gallant mountain and sky...
Please tell to the world! ...how I miss him
Almighty God...
Our Lord Jesus...
Holly Spirit...
Guardian angels...
All in heaven...
Please tell to my father ...how I love him

I'm Still Hearing
I'm hearing the sound..
"Len..."
he called me gently
and i really like the way he call me
"Len..."
i like his deep voice
and i really enjoy it
"Len..."
that's my nickname
from my father
Day after day has passed
...and I'm still hearing the sound

Mom's Only One Birthday Wish
I know Mom...
Today is the day
July 27, 2012 is your Birthday
66 years and also a week
I really know Mom...
this cake is your delight
this candle is your liking
this flower is your favorite
this decoration is your fancy
this place is your memorable
this moment is your happiness
this day is you are waiting for
I also know Mom...
that you are trying
that you are attempting
that you are struggling
that you are giving your best
But still I know Mom...
your only one wish
your biggest desire
your dream at nights
which we could never grant

His Best Performance
They said...
there is a Man above, He is who...
...loves us
...miss us
...really understand us
...sacrificed for us
and ...has forgiven us
They said...
that He always...
...cares for us
...bear with us
...defends for us
and... thinking of us
They said...
Our sadness is tears for Him
Our joy is happiness for Him
Our success is His hope
and best for us is His prayer
They said...
We can call Him as Father
and some of them may be hard to imagine
I said... not for me,
'cause my father has performed the true Love of Father
